Terms and Conditions

The terms of purchase are based on the buyer transfering funds to Flash-Fix IT and once cleared with our bank you will be entitled to using Flash-Fix IT services for which you purchased.

Any domain name purchased utilizing our services will remain the owner of whomever pays the invoice and will remain the owner until they cease to pay the required annual renewal. Ownership transfers can occur only through written request and verification from the current domain owner. Flash-Fix IT will maintain custodial ownership of the domain name for the sole purpose of designing and managing the website for the owner of the domain name.

Flash-Fix IT will not design, create, endorse, or aid in creating or hosting websites whose purpose either blatantly or subtly attempt to post or place into the website the following: nudity, human trafficking, disgraceful attitudes toward any gender or race, sales of illegal drugs, sales of anything stolen or the owner of the website does not maintain full ownership rights to sell. This list is not all inclusive and we do maintain full rights to delete your comments, pages, or entire website if discovered violating any of these conditions.
